PowerPath’s Engagement process begins with a holistic interview that goes beyond basic demographics and into a conversation about several key life domains.
In the PowerPath System, engagement begins by immediately placing the participant in the powerful position of being the expert about themselves. With the participant leading their learning, a new learning paradigm of co-creating learning can begin with instructors and peers. This new beginning builds the foundation for creating learning and working partnerships.
PowerPath facilitates the co-creation of learning experiences to achieving short-term and long-term goals. With the learner, client, or worker placed into the role of the ‘driver’ of their lives, PowerPath encourages the important role of the instructor, tutor or supervisor as the co-pilot. The new partnership focuses on how individual can successfully move toward achieving educational and career goals while building strong social skills, personal insight, and the ability to personally advocate for needed instructional or workplace adaptations and strategies.
